What We Supply
- Machine tool castings — HT250 / HT300 grey iron slant-bed lathe beds and box-rib machining center beds from 500 kg to 8,000 kg, resin sand cast, artificially aged and finish machined to ±0.02 mm on guideway faces.
- Welded steel frames — Q235 / Q345 plate and rectangular tube structures for automation lines and robot stations, laser cut, stress relieved and CNC machined to ±0.03 mm.
- Machined mounting bases — flatness-controlled base frames with prepared module mounting seats, ±0.02 mm on machined faces.
- One-stop OEM machining — carbon steel components from plate, pipe and profile, CO₂ shielded welding, sandblasting and powder coating.
