This base frame is made from quality carbon steel plate and rectangular steel tube, processed through laser cutting, fit-up welding and stress relief, then machined on a CNC center (face milling, guideway datum finish machining, drilling, tapping and reaming), with optional powder coating. It is a core load-bearing base frame for automation equipment, featuring high flatness and bore accuracy, OEM drawing-based customization, and suitability for non-standard automation equipment load bearing and module mounting.

1. Welded Carbon Steel Plate & Tube, High Rigidity: Assembled and welded from quality carbon steel plate and tube, the frame resists bending and torsion while staying lightweight — ideal as a bottom load-bearing base for modules, tooling and power units.

Complete Precision Machining Flow: Laser cutting ensures initial plate accuracy; welding stress is relieved to reduce distortion risk; a CNC center completes datum faces, guideway mounting faces and all assembly bores (drilling / tapping / reaming) in one setup for accurate fitting of linear guides, slides and tooling plates.
3. Powder Coating Surface Protection: Ground and derusted after welding, optional powder coating gives rust, impact and oil resistance with a clean look and customer-specified color.
4. OEM Customization: Outer frame size, rib layout, guideway mounting areas and hole patterns can be adjusted to customer 3D drawings for various non-standard automation projects.
5. Integrated Reserved Mounting Positions: Pre-reserved cable holes, lightening holes and module mounting seats reduce secondary machining for the customer and simplify assembly and debugging.

• Inspection: Dimensional report, welding inspection records and packing list included; relevant documents available for export orders.
• Handling: Use evenly distributed lifting points; never lift from a single point or drag/strike machined guideway faces and locating bores.

Quality Warranty: Factory dimensions, welding and powder coating are accepted per drawings; transport impact or on-site modification damage is not covered.
