Installation & Operation Notes

• Installation inclination angle ≤5°; angled applications require customized oil chamber design
• Replace oil after first 200 operating hours, then every 1,500 hours thereafter
• Do not strike the drum surface with hard objects — damage to explosion-proof surfaces will void certification
• Maintain moderate belt tension: over-tightening increases bearing wear, under-tightening causes belt slip and motor burnout
• Regularly inspect junction box sealing gaskets to prevent dust and gas infiltration
• For long-term storage, drain all lubricating oil and apply internal anti-rust treatment
